A Natural Ventilation Augmented Cooling (NVAC) greenhouse combines natural ventilation with a non-conventional misting technology to promote natural ventilation. The NVAC roof, which was incorporated into the design, prevents unevaporated water droplets from reaching the crop leaves and directs cooled air into the main greenhouse space (McCartney et. al, 2018).
